Susan Nguyen, PharmD, BCACP, Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio. She completed a PGY-1 residency focused on ambulatory care and academia at the Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy. In addition to her didactic teaching, Dr. Nguyen provides clinical pharmacy services and precepts students at Volunteers in Medicine of Southern Nevada Paradise Park and Ruffin Family Clinic in Las Vegas. Her areas of interest are chronic disease state management, interprofessional education, diabetes self management, and pharmacy advocacy.
